Trainee program

During the 18-month trainee period, trainees are placed at various divisions/departments for 3-6 months at a time where they get an opportunity to build an international network.

ASSA ABLOY ESD guarantees a salary and professional support throughout the program. Upon completion of the trainee program, our goal is to offer a challenging position at one of our companies as a sales, business development, engineering or information technology professional.
